Members receive professional care on a set schedule, plus perks that kick in when something does go wrong.
Annual heating tune-up
A comprehensive preventative visit before winter, furnace, heat pump, mini-split, or boiler checklist, safety controls, airflow, and a full performance test.
Annual cooling tune-up
A thorough spring or early-summer visit for central AC, heat pump cooling, mini-splits, or swamp cooler startup, coils, drains, electrical checks, and a cooling performance test.
Priority scheduling
When temperatures spike or plunge, CLR Care Club members move to the front of the line for service appointments.
Member repair discount
Active members save on qualifying repairs. An automatic 10% discount will be applied to future jobs when you join.
Reminder service
We remind you before peak heat and peak cold so tune-ups happen on time, not after a breakdown.
