Central Air Conditioner Maintenance

Our thorough 22-point AC tune-up includes:

  • Wash outdoor condenser coil (remove dirt, cottonwood, and grass)
  • Check and top-off refrigerant levels (additional charge for refrigerant)
  • Measure superheat and sub-cooling for proper charge
  • Clean condensate drain line and pan (prevent water leaks & algae)
  • Test capacitor ratings and contactor
  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections
  • Measure amperage and voltage on compressor and fan motor
  • Clean or replace standard 1-inch air filter (customer-supplied or provided)
  • Check blower motor and wheel for dirt buildup
  • Test thermostat accuracy and temperature split
  • Inspect ductwork for leaks and visible leaks

Heat Pump Cooling Mode Maintenance
